Factory Selection & Sampling
Among our qualified manufacturing partners across 4 regions, we identify the best fit for your specification, your volume, your destination market and your lead time. We produce samples. We send them to you. We test them in our own laboratory. We iterate until the sample matches the specification and the customer’s expectation.
Testing & Validation
Independent laboratory testing where required: Fluke channel certification for data cables, climate cycling, third-party verification for CPR or UL programs. Test reports become part of your project file. Pricing and supply chain model are finalized in parallel: incoterm choice (FOB, CIF, DDP), payment terms, recurring forecast slots if relevant.
Production & Quality Inspection
Production launches under the validated specification. In-process inspections at the factory: dimensional checks, conductor resistance, insulation integrity, sheath quality verified at regular intervals. Final inspection against your purchase order before shipment authorization. AQL sampling protocols applied as standard. Pre-shipment testing on finished goods. Test reports issued for every batch.
Shipment & Documentation
Container loading, customs documentation, multi-product consolidation if relevant. Shipment under your chosen incoterm. Full documentation package delivered with the goods: test reports, certifications, declarations of conformity, datasheets, packing lists. After-sales coordinated by your dedicated SYMEA account manager. Forecasting tools for repeat orders so your supply chain stays predictable, season after season.
