Standard documentation includes Declaration of Conformity, test reports, packing lists, and CPR DoP where applicable. For OEM programmes we also provide a Product File containing factory audit reports, material certificates, and a traceable test matrix.
We operate a multi-stage quality control process: pre-production, in-production, and pre-shipment. If a non-conformity is identified we issue a corrective action report and hold the batch pending resolution. Our in-house QC laboratory allows us to retest on-site without third-party delays.
Exclusivity arrangements are available for qualifying programmes — typically those meeting minimum annual volume thresholds and covering a defined market territory. We discuss exclusivity terms during programme kick-off once specifications are frozen.
We sign NDAs before any detailed specification exchange. Product tooling, custom formulations, and branded designs are registered to the client account and not shared with other customers. You can request a copy of our standard NDA within 24 hours of first contact.
For new clients we typically work on a 30–50% deposit with the balance due before shipment. For established programmes we offer net 30–45 payment terms subject to credit approval. We accept wire transfers and letters of credit for large orders.
